Dr. Arthur Chen’s practice offers specialized psychotherapy for individuals and families navigating a range of mental health challenges and life transitions. His primary clinical expertise focuses on helping clients overcome depression and anxiety, manage eating disorders, address substance abuse, navigate severe mental health conditions, and support coming-of-age issues.
Dr. Chen has completed formalized training and education specifically in the treatment of eating disorders, substance abuse disorders, and severe mental health conditions such as psychosis and bipolar disorder. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level 2, he is also extensively trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), a highly effective treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He also provides specialized Exposure with Response Prevention (ExRP) therapy for individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Additionally, Dr. Chen is a Trained Military Assistance Provider, offering dedicated support to service members and their families. He is committed to advancing the field, regularly providing continuing education to other mental health professionals.

Dr. Arthur Chen is a licensed provider through PSYPACT, the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact. This allows him to offer both in-person and convenient telehealth services across state lines, bringing expert care directly to you.
